Very bad experience and services. If u visit any branch of quick pay in makkah city. U should wait outside in sunshine ? 5 to 6 hours..!! We are live in 2023 but they are living in 1985..!!

QUICK PAY SERVICE IS VERY POOR QND BAD , staff not work properly, one day 5 staff only provide service of 25/30/35 people and customer many more waiting ,, quick pay need quick service provider staff,

Now forcing its account holders to send remittances on even low exchange rates, otherwise suspending such accounts. Such customers are being tortured as they have to come and stand in the long queues for long hours and days in order to get their suspended salary accounts opened by coming in person and carrying out foreign transaction of atleast 400sr. So pathetic policy. Ramadhan timings are: From 10:30am to 5:30pm. Friday and Saturday Off. Useful but poorly managed quickpay branch, being run with less staff and insufficient branch timings. Out of 7 counters, only 3 staff were present. One has to wait for 2-3 hrs for the turn for even small job. Sometimes people are being excused/ refused to give the Service Numbers 2 Hours earlier with the excuse of rush. Electronic counter NON FUNCTIONAL, so the turn numbers were being loudly called which was questioning the transparency. On helpdesk, Security person was sitting, issuing service numbers. No distinction between small or large task, everone was asked to sit and wait in one single queue, i.e. no differentiation according to the service types. All focus is to get more and more customers i.e. big marketing boards were placed throughout the branch alluring customers to bring friends, become our Ambassador and get valuable prizes; tranfer money and win prizes... BUT NO FOCUS on customer satisfaction. Hours of wait, by customers, is a normal practice. Website is not being updated w.r.t. Ramadhan timings. ATM Machines are also inside this building for carrying out the necessary transactions.

Worst bank I have visited in my life. Poor customer service. 6 counters cannot serve 20 people in 4 hours. Extremely slow staff usually involved in mobiles. No care for customers. Quick pay should take note. If u have a lot of time and patience visit this branch

Very quickly handled when resolving complaints or there are problems with personal accounts but it takes a little longer to create a new account.
