Very very slow service for women section only one worker and more than 5 customers to serve!.. unbelievable the bank of snails. Some of the customers even left without getting their service done. Yes the worker are very nice and polite but pls hire more!! I came to get my card printed waited 40min in waiting and I had to left because there was 5 more ahead of me!!
Good bank but, service is slow
I went to the ladies branch. The staff were very professional and welcoming. It is the only bank from which I visited that has staff with good mood. The service is somewhat slow
Too low service in 2019!!!. Need to be improved. Each deposit they are taking around 20 to 30 mn.
