Worst Branch for a reason. Staff here don’t want to work! Don’t waste your time trying to get any service here. Wish I could give them zero stars
Waiting time is unbelievable. It is totally insane the self service machine is out of serves. So you had to wait for over two hours to print a bank account statement. Reading all the reviews about waiting time here send a clear message that the bank doesn’t really care about its customers. And clearly do not respect anyone’s time. Stay away from this bank. Have a nice day.
Worst service ever. Very bad attitude, no effort to actually help me, and makes you feel like your begging them to look into your requests. Wissam customer as well.
The worst branch I've ever visit
Terrible branch. After weeks of a non-working onboarding application, staff at the branch did not open my account despite my having an account with Samba and all correct documents. If you need to move your account from Samba to SNB, do yourself a favour and just open a new account with another branch. Rude staff
