It is not my first time, it is my 3rd visit here. I am very unsatisfied with customer service. I go to Wesam service and even though no one is available at the cashier and they direct us to go up which has faster service.
One hour to add a signature to an online account.. kinda defeats the purpose of the whole digital experience
1- the whole building smells like a giant smoking area. Disgusting and suffocating! 2- The employee was too eager to send us away without troubling him self and actually doing his job. I don’t recommend this branch ??
The security guy was very generous but literally only one staff was working in the customer service
If i go this bank 10 time also 7 times They Didnt work well. Lazy staff & Dont want to Work.
