I felt so bad that I don't even want to give it a single star. It was the end of the month and it was busy. I don't usually use this bank, but for some reason I came in to make a transfer through this counter. As soon as I entered, another male customer seemed a bit irritated and angry. I wondered if it was customer harassment, but when it was my turn, I understood. The woman at the counter (middle-aged) was really overbearing. It was so stressful for no reason, I'm never going back. While I was feeling annoyed, the person at the counter next to me (also middle-aged) was also incredibly overbearing, and she was so bossy with an elderly lady customer who couldn't be processed because she didn't have enough necessary documents that I was put off. Banks work like gods. If you hate your job so much, you should just quit.

I think the atmosphere has definitely improved compared to a few years ago. Certainly, a few years ago it was a little intimidating, and I felt nervous every time I interacted with the receptionists or counter staff. But now, everyone is so kind, and their smiles are wonderful. One woman at a counter even offered words of concern to an injured customer, and I was deeply moved when I heard it. It's conveniently located near the station, and I use it often, so I hope this store continues to thrive for a long time.

I think that AI technology will make counter operations at banks more efficient, but hospitality is also important, and they provide a great service.

It may be unavoidable since it's in front of the station, but the parking lot is always crowded. I was directed to a parking lot a little further away, but I ended up not knowing where it was and left. It's very confusing and difficult to use. The explanation was insufficient, which was unpleasant. Next time I use it, I think I'll try a different branch.

I followed the sign on the front to the back to park my bike, but I felt like I'd been tricked when I found an employee-only parking lot.
