I just made an account here earlier and i am so much grateful with the staff here.. I thought they would refuse, because i don’t speak japanese that much. But they do their best to assist me. ARIGATOU GOZAIMUSU! 🙌🏻

Today at 2:00 PM, I paid my tuition fees and created a new card. I am very satisfied with the service. The receptionist was very kind and the beautiful staff member who created the card was also very polite. Thank you very much.

I went to change the designated beneficiary for my iDeCo, but no one seemed to understand, or had enough knowledge to move forward. I was made to wait 20 minutes for nothing, and I wonder what that time was all about. Is this just how banks are? I wish there was at least one person who could help me.

When it came to issuing my transaction details, I had asked the male bank employee waiting in the waiting room what I needed in advance, but he didn't explain to me about the issuance fee. On the day of my scheduled issuance, the receptionist only explained the issuance fee after checking all the necessary documents, so I was extremely frustrated. Maybe I'm just being stingy, but it's a waste of time for both of us, so they should have told me at the beginning...

The service was terrible! I need improvement.
