I went to open a regular savings account for my child. Even though I had researched and brought all the necessary documents in advance, I was made to wait at the Fuseguchi branch and was turned away, but they were happy to open the account at the Kosaka branch. The staff member who helped me was very nice, and I'm very glad I opened the account at this branch.
I've been there a few times, and every time I go, the receptionist comes immediately to ask about my needs and provides guidance, so they're very kind. They'll also give you advice, but depending on the content, they often don't listen to your requests at all.
