This bank has a very impersonal approach. The head office refers to the Regiobank Goirle office. Regiobank Goirle can't do anything and refers to the head office. It's a bit of a passing-around-the-clock situation. Despite all the fine words and campaigns about "a local bank," they don't deliver!
