My first impressions of the store were questionable, met with helpdesk person on their phone and chatting with colleagues in front of waiting customers, however, Anke completely changed my mind leaving as she was very welcoming, accommodating and efficient.

Trying to open a joint account but it goes wrong with the bsn check. I dont know why. I asked in the chat, they told me to call. I called, they told me to go to an office and ask my question there. Zero willingness to help or to ask me what is happening, try to find a solution. Because of working hours I cannot go to their office. Like they dont want to have new clients

Rabobank credit cards look cheaper every year, like a plastic toy card! Just restore them to their original, luxurious look with large printed numbers on the card!

I have two bank accounts: ABN AMRO, and this... Literally the only reason I use Rabobank is so I can be in the red when times get tough, and then I have the money I can spend on myself. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy. I could barely pay off my credit card on time because this joke of a bank is still in 2008, and I have to use a Rabobank scanner to deposit €800, even though I've installed the app hundreds of times to allow me to spend over €5000 without using a scanner. Stay away from these scammers.

Just stop emailing. I haven't been a customer for years. I can't contact you via email because of the noreply address. That's why I'm doing it here. Get your marketing in order and leave ex-customers alone.
