I asked to speak to customer service and was stopped by the security staff who hands out queue numbers. He asked me multiple questions about why I needed to speak to customer service, even after I clearly said it was a question about my account. This is not appropriate. If I want to ask a question about my account, I should not have to explain the details to security. I should simply be given a number and directed to customer service. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I come to this branch, the process feels unnecessarily intrusive and controlling. A bank branch should not feel like a police station or a courthouse. Because of repeated experiences like this, I am moving my banking to OSBC.

I dont know why it always take forever at the bank. 5 years ago till now. No improvement.. I really need to spare 3 hours of my life waiting for my turn. Its upsetting. Queuing system is so so do bad. Queue numbers keep going down??? Doesn't even make sense.

How anyone can rate this more than a 1 star is mind boggling. WORST customer service in the world. Longest wait times. Staff dont have any clue what they are doing. Make simple things beyond complicated. Terrible limitations on accounts. Transfers fail and they withold your money for extended durations. Bank managers are as useless as anything. Only guy who actually seems alright is the security at the door. Easily the worst bank in the ENTIRE world. No contest. Changing banks was the best thing I did.

40 min waiting to find out they don’t exchange SGD… why do you have that guy asking what’s my operation before giving me a number if he doesn’t know you only accept USD/EUR?

Compared to permata branch in Denpasar here the service is quite slow. I waited 1 hour. A lot of foreigners. Maybe better to come in the morning or before they close . But personel is very kind .
