Staff incompetence. Teller Anak Agung Gde Agung Man ignored my direct request for 'Full Amount' transfer and ticked 'Beneficiary Deduct' causing me a loss of $47. Bank refuses to take responsibility for staff errors. Avoid this branch for expensive transactions.

Waiting so long almost 2 hours. The people who came later are served first depending the other people who come firstly and waiting the number is call. I have been change my atm card because is expired, they change but give me the new card who is valid only for 1 years. Other bank give the new card and valid until 5 years. It’s not effective and very bad.

The staff are nice well mannered people but Permata Bank is a broken company, steer clear unless you want to cause yourself an early admission to an insane asylum

very rude, especially the man, only after mentioning that he was talking to a woman and that he had a mother, he changed his tone. Now I understand why the ratings are so low, by the way, he was in no hurry to invite the next client even though there were only two of us. They couldn’t show the rules by which you could see why they don’t accept dollars and euros, which are slightly gray and wrinkled.
