The staff here are very welcoming and helpful. The security guard greeted me with a big smile and guided me through the necessary paperwork and app registration to open a bank account. I’m especially grateful to Ms. Intan, the bank officer, for her amazing service and assistance. The process was very smooth and fast!!!

Putu, a very friendly security guard from the bank, solved my problem even before I reached the staff. He managed to restore my app’s functionality, and the SMS messages started coming again — while before, I had no idea what to do and couldn’t solve the issue myself. I highly recommend everyone to visit this bank branch because the service here is excellent.

It's so ridiculous when the staff or manager are prioritized the foreigner customer. The service is so different between local and foreigner. But kudos for the lovely security named Mr. Alfonsius, he is trying his best to help the local customer. You should pay higher for him instead the manager!

The bank’s services are quite inefficient. Simple features like e-statements aren’t available, and at the branch, they can only access transaction records from the past three months. If you need to make a request, be prepared to wait in a long line at the branch – likely because many others are facing similar issues and have no choice but to visit in person. I’d suggest considering other, more reputable banks for your business needs.
