Yesterday I came to this place and found an average service from a bank. I don't think the service is very fast, but it is kind enough to say that their staff is very helpful and always smile. What I don't like is their service (like change lost ATM card) cost you money and you can't pay it at their customer service (located in second floor). You must pay it at its teller located at first floor. After you pay, you must bring the receipt again to the second floor. What an inefficient way to do a job.
