Customer service not friendly. Handled by CS named Chandra, no smile, no great attitude, the worst part was this person not help at all.
The service is good, but if you don't know where it is, it's better to ask security at Permata Bank.
It turns out they're not open on Saturdays... I've been to the place on Saturdays... Security information has always said they've never been open... Please fix the information on Google...
We've now moved to the back building. It's in lobby B. Perhaps due to the pandemic, there aren't many people. The wait for customer service was quite long. The teller didn't seem crowded.
It's a bother that the info isn't updated, it's been a long time since Saturday was closed
