What an unbelievable top notch experience. As a banker except for the organization that i work for the service and the banking experience I received today was nothing short of amazing. From the friendly security personnel to the staff was amazing in helping to open up a savings account and register for mobile banking in under 15 minutes. WOW. Hassle free online banking registration is brilliant. Simply outstanding and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a brilliant banking experience. 02.09.2022

Even though Head office with enough space, provide only 1 ATM machine outside of Bank building. If some one is using ATM, should wait outside in the line suffering hot Colombo sun.

Absolutely Horrendous Service! Corporate Internet Banking system changes and suddenly we cannot access our accounts online - This happened during the peak of the economic crisis. It took them over a month to even realise that we were using an old system. Then having walked and taxied and cycled to the bank on several times we were given access to NEOS Biz. And still there were issues with username and passwords. To date - despite many requests we still have no access. Then on remittances - after much effort we started getting export orders. The compliance dept refused to transfer proceeds to our account saying the remitting party was different from the party mention in the Invoice. This is despite the remitting party mentioning the company name in the advice. The invoice also contained the remitting party's personal name. This behaviour nearly put our entire business in jeopardy as we couldn't progress with manufacturing. We quickly changed our operations to a different bank. The ma
