Wow the worst service I've ever experienced. Me and my friend are on vacation in Sri Lanka and just went to an ATM to withdraw some money. With no reason the ATM retained her card and didn't give it back anymore. It is a Saturday 03pm and the branch was closed. We've called the emergency number to get help but in vain... The manager apparently couldn't help us and denied to come. He said we could come and pick up the card 2 days later. Good that we had our flight the same day and it was urgent to get our credit card back. We've explained him the situation but still he refused to move his a** to the bank and help us out. Very unprofessional and horrible service.

Worst setup to serve a customer. Expect to wait at least 1 hour (probably more, in my case 2+ hours) for currency exchange, even after made reservation before 😐

Horrible service by security guards to the baking staff. Security treats us according the vehicle we drive. This is a very busy branch and staff should be experienced. Quite slow. I mean, simply cannot depend on this bank if you're working on something serious.

do not use this ATM!!! i wanted to withdraw money and the machine kept my card. the lady from the emergency number was trying to help, but the manager of the bank was not willing to help. thanks for nothing dear manager, if you are too lazy to help in an emergency! search for another bank instead of using NDB!
