The National bank Headquarter is good but interior design very old and people here so humble and kind

Only it's building is beautiful from outside. From inside it doesn't even look like a bank. Staff and security guards are smoking inside the bank. Very awkward condition. Only single person dealing with dozens of people. No computerised system. All work is done manually!!

Dead and non cooperative people are here. When you go there they will send you to other person the other oerson will send you to abother person and another person will send you to again 1st people. Only obe counter is working to receive fee and payments and on this counter a 60 years old man is working who is very much slow. Staff continuously talk with each other even they see customers standing on their tables they ignore them and have bitter behavior
