To think that I am even a RAK Select member, I had to wait for more than an hour to get a customer service rep as they only have one counter available to personal banking queries/issues. I don't think they value others or their customers time. It has been my 3rd visit on this branch and had the same issue, queue time is always very long compare with other banks.

I met one of the employee his name is mahmoud helped me a lot to get my inquiry done a lot of thanks to him for his excellent service
Worst ever experience in UAE , very bad customer services got my token at 10:26 AM now it’s almost 11:10 AM till now I am not called to any counter. Also there are only 2 staff to address the customers.
I have visit branch staff is very helpful specially in customer service agent miss jamila al Zaroundi she solve my problem in just few seconds thanks RAK Bank
