Worst bank ever. No one want to assist you , like they never heard about customer care. No one answer in the call support.also need to wait 20-40 minutes but no one answer . I have done payment for my credit before 20 days but again they sent message overdue payment and fine 143 Dhs . If I called them they said why you paid before you e- stemement bill . Also she didn’t hear my issue and cut the call . I told her check my done payment from starting but she refused . Very 2 disappointed. I have adcb credit from 4 years but no any complain. Only NBD and emirates Islamic credit same issues . I don’t want to give any star ⭐️ this bank . Really , very bad experience with them

I went to close my account. After 1 year I find out that they never closed the account and I have money in my account going in negative. After I went to them for help twice and twice I was told they cannot help me. Unfriendly staff. Unprofessional. It has been almost 4 months now after my first complaint and my issue still hasn't been solved. It is unfair for me to pay the negative amount.

You have to wait for half a day, the queues are not highlighted on the board, only the queue to the cash register is shown. They first accept locals without coupons, explaining that they came earlier. The most terrible attitude towards visitors. I have never felt such disrespect anywhere except in this bank in Ajman. If could have put 0 - this is a real service rating!

Worst service, wasn't expecting such bad service. Management just does not care. Totally full branch was empty of customers, all branch employees sitting at their counters but still my token (which even showed ZERO CUSTOMERS WAITING AHEAD OF YOU) was not called for almost an hour. Worst experience ever.
