Worst experience, stood in line for 45 min and still the issue was not resolved. - Pathetic service. - Really Very Poor Management, - Unprofessional Staff Behavior, - Shortage of staff. - Staff using Phone continuously while attending Customers. - Mobilink is just A Name, otherwise they are providing services below the average. - Mostly visitors/customers including myself comes out without proper guidance and help.
I Wana just say Shame Shame and just Shame If you not do good Then Close your Bank
Worst customer service, they are short on employees. You need a day for a little work.
They have issues jazz cash loaning facilty UpTo 10000 which is a flop business product for the customers it's having compound interest factor which is killing the common man if he takes it every week they charge the IRR is too high.
The most unprofessional and mismanaged Banking Department I've ever seen. Especially the staff, they don't even know how to talk.
