Writing in behalf of my cousin who transacts here. They are not helpful with interbranch transfers. When he asked why his request has been in queue for 2 hours, they couldn't provide an answer. They only said it was because of documents that had to be requested. Mind you, this isn't the first time he's done this same transaction, but suddenly the manager decided the documents were lacking??? So when asked why it was fast before, they say they don't know. When asked to reach out to the main branch for help on the matter, the manager said they would but simply sat there and didn't do anything. My cousin had to ask them to call the main branch and inquire HIMSELF while the manager sat there, and only then did the main branch accomodate him and work out the solution. The manager was condescending, rude, and wholly unhelpful. Metrobank is a great bank, but this branch really ruined the experience for us. There was also another person before him, and this person was so infuriated by the man
Not helpful at all when it comes to assisting client for inter branch fund transfer/requests
I'm in line outside now and they let a woman in, they didn't even let her in line, what's that, just women first!!! Not old or pregnant without children.
