Good management nice location
I went there to submit my fee. Staff is very professional and polite. There is token system for everyone.
good service
Good bank and good services. Very cooperative staff. Difficult approach for senior citizens and patients, due to stairs without lift. Parking is available. Not much effected by routine rush, being at entrance of the main bazar.
Very poor services. 1. Refused to help in getting my new chip ATM, which I had to request saddar branch (again the person there was unknown to me but helped me a lot). 2. only one counter out of four was open on 28 February, & and he was dealing with all the cash, remittances, clearing and changes of money, bill collection etc. Rest of the staff was sitting around watching us standing in queue and gossiping. They could have come to help the lone colleague there. 3. ATM on 28 February had only Rs5000/- notes. So the poor people had to stand again in queue to get the notes changed to 1000/ , 500/-. Poor cash management again at its best
