This is a completely pathetic bank! Secondly the employees who work here are worst! Am in Dubai and have to deal with Ms Saira for my sister university fees and she doesn’t even care to respond to her customers! She is very unprofessional I wonder how she has been hired in this bank to assist other students?? I would never recommend this MCB Bank to anyone! Especially people living abroad and dealing with education fees of their children please avoid these people! I wish I can give zero star to this bank and their employees!
