Today my motorcycle stolen in front of mcb bank baghbanpura branch Lahore and they routly abusing me. I recommended to bycott mcb bank also this branch. They did not cooperating me and don't know next time who's face this indecent.
I visited the brand and the receptionist told me that my card has been blocked and I have to renew it and when I got to talk with the female on a desk she was busy on call and then they made me await for 15 minutes then she sent me to the person next to her and that was all repeating but nobody responded well about my concern... The staff there was busy in their on stuff and their way of dealing customers was so pathetic that after waiting for so long still I didn't get my ATM card Such a bleedy staff if this comment is read by Manager then plz take a. Pathetic customer service non professional staff specially rude female staff
Although a big name in banking field with a number of branches nationwide as well as worldwide yet most of its branches mostly remains crowded and people here face many issues, one of the biggest is time wasting, which is quite common here. Often system failures also create problems for customers but one of their good things and plus points is their ATM machines, which provide quite satisfactory services throughout the day and night. Need further improvements and especially their grey areas need quick improvements
