Mostly females are on management positions and I don't know why are they so rude. They scream and shout on customers without any reason. Mostly they look busy and do nothing. Wasting time of customers. I'm not visiting this bank anymore. I'll prefer bank Alfalah 1000 times over them. Extremely pathetic. You'll have a headache after visiting this bank. For a moment I thought maybe I've done something bad to them but while I was thinking another customer came and they did the same thing with them and so on and I decided it's better to walk away rather than arguing with them. I feel sorry for there customers. Bank aie hai ya police thanay Kay zaleel py zaleel kartay jaen.
Just like every MCB branch, this branch is also absolutely terrible. Even getting something as basic as a bank statement took me 30 minutes. The staff person sat in front of me and played a video game on her phone for 20 minutes before finally deciding it was time to help me. I have never seen worst customer service than this.
Pathetic services. Every time their "system is down" . The staff is uncooperative. There are 3 counters but only 1 is functional despite of the fact that other staff members roam left and right in the bank. The branch manager is an under 30 girl who does not even come out of her room to see if there is any issue with the customers. Even the guards inside the bank are more responsible then the bank staff and they do their job properly. I will soon transfer my account from this branch.
Had to give one star because there wasn't a lesser or worse rating. Here's the case with this clown house. The staff is super rude, uncooperative and all the branch members are tricksters. Especially for cash withdrawals and foreign remittances they make you beg from counter to counter and are reluctant in handing out money. The manager and other two female staff members are bussy in yawning and gossiping while customers are being tortured by the lower staff. 100% not recommended. Don't waste your time and test your patience with MCB Pakistan. Specially Bahria Town phase 7 CLOWN HOUSE. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE.
