Worst experience, pathetic service of cash officers...usually not in the mood to start banking at time..have no tension that customers are in hurry..starting "Gup Shup" with colleagues and using mobile. On my last visit in the very morning an old woman came to pay the utility bill but the cash officer suggested her to go for other bank as they not yet start banking. Its the story of mostly banking staff especially the cash officers behave so rudely and act like they are working voluntarily without pay. If you have personal cheque then no problem but if you go with someone else cheque or you haven't MCB bank account then maybe you face refusal of cheque. Here the security staff also have no manners.

Unfortunately i cannot give less then 1. Very bad service. Management if this bank is totally useless. Whenever visit there to get money they always have a reason that their systems are not working. Only becoz they want to keep money for more profit, disturbing peoples as always . Staff are not at all helpfull I recommend to all of you not to visit this bank.
