had a really bad beginning of my day at MCB Hyd Gymkhana Branch due to very rude and aggressive behavior of a young employee namely Mr.Jehanzib Khan(If he told his name correctly) usually sits at Banks Utility counter. He in front of me misbehaved with my father who just politely asked him to share a finger damper to count the cash and Mr Khan who could have easily refuse him respectfully started with his rhetoric and scolding of my father which was obviously not acceptable to me and upon my interruption he(Mr.Khan) also misbehaved with me displaying his unprofessional attitude which not only made me furious but disappointed as well. As an overseas Pakistani i would suggest the higher management to kindly take some notice and make sure a proper employees training regarding issues such as Anger management, display of kindness, keeping an smile while serving the customers, work ethics etc. This will perhaps improves the customers relations services and helps create an overall healthy working environment for employees. Some people say “ Yh pakistan h yahan aisa he chalega” but at-least we can give our bid to create a better society where we Pakistanis treat each other well with respect and if we don’t then forget IMF or FATF for humiliating us and keeping us in the grey list. Lastly i hope for some positive actions from the Bank’s higher authorities in matter stated above. Thanks and regards MF Abbasi
