Poor service about debit card, easy pesa, Jazz cash, u pesa...
I think MCB doesn't pay enough to their Employees or they don't work on their grooming. The most non professional staff is hired by MCB with zero ethics. Visited Dhoke Mangta Branch code 1020 several times but the staff there is so rude. Actually the place is very backward and they think everyone coming to the bank must be backward,poor and illiterate so they don't treat them well. They will delay simple tasks without any logic and once complained to the head office they will beg for taking back the complaints. MCB should must work on it.
A bank is always a useful for every kind of transaction but this bank is located in very congested area and a large number of people always standing out it. So if you get a chance to visit here bring a chair with you???
This bank totally use less if you have any inquiry or any questions don't call no body pick up the phone. Bad staff
Lazy and unprofessional staff, they don't even know how to deal with customers. It's just a waste of your time and money by opening an account in this branch or maybe in MCB. Highly disappointed. And last but not least the given contact numbers are also wrong.
