The staff will never help you if your money stuck or you need any information. They are really unprofessional behavior. They never pick the call if you need anything urgent. I will transfer my money from this bank to an other reasonable bank. Please avoid to stay for long time
Comparatively big branch.. cooperative staff as compared to mcb's other branches had quite bad experience with mcb staff in almost every branch except this though the links were down when i visited but rating 4 star for staff.
