MCB Islamic Bank Cavalry Ground Branch is Situated at Main Road, Nice Buildings and Staff behaviour with best services all the time.
I have been getting messages to collect your card... when I visited the branch to my knowledge the messages were for 2019 card which had been deleted now.. so why are you sending messages in 2021 for a card issued in 2019. I have complained alot but this is one bank which is helpless to do anything for their customer or the system they use. I hope them to get no business in coming years so they'll go bank corrupt and be closed soon.. so the coming generations will be saved from MCB(Madar Chod Bank).
I was nearly disgusted by the service center as I had to deposit cash into my new account with very little experienced I was literally made embarrassed by the staff. Especially from the person I was depositing cash to. At least train your staff so they can deal with inexperienced customers a little politely.
