Never receive call if u have an issue.. Worst bank branch of Mcb. Plz close your accounts from there.
Somewhat poor service. Service next to door are usless. They won't do ur biometric if they dnt want to. 3 Cash counters. Only 1 works. And slow. Only two tables operational which is on level 1. Opposite to manager's office. That sir and madam works only.
It's been more than 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my bank account to get activated. I went there with a bank manager reference and also I requested them that it's an urgency, I need it in 2-3 days Don't know when our country will compete with the first world specifically in customer service and in general overall ?
