Maybank Bedok #01-699 210 New Upper Changi Road

Hello Maybank, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding your branch’s unexpected early closure. It is highly unprofessional for a bank of your reputation to close earlier than the stated operating hours, especially when customers arrive well before 4pm—having traveled from afar—only to find the branch already shut. Such short notice and lack of consideration is both frustrating and unacceptable. If this continues to be the standard of service, it would not be surprising if customers begin to take their business elsewhere.

Teller counter 2 should be better trained! Ticket taking personnel should ask better question so he can give us the right q ticket! We were at counter 2 to convert our accounts. Fr young saver to joint account. After clarifications she told ask it will take a while as need to fill up some data and send us off to wait .. After couple of minutes or so we told we need to RE queue citing there are 4 counters as we need to re open the account. Why do we need to re queue?? So is back to waiting game. The new queue was called and again we need to repeat our case and again send us to wait. If teller or ticket counter are better trained - they could support us in a more Efficient manner and we can make informed decision faster.

My Fiancé and I went down to Maybank (Bedok) recently, and had a great experience with staff Wai Hong. Wai Hong was detailed and patient in his explanations, which makes the overall experience at Maybank a pleasant one. The male receptionist was nice and approachable as well.

I was at Maybank Bedok at around 11.30 am. Was met with a pleasant young lady who gave me a queue number (3009). I waited about 30 min before my number was called to Counter 7. The staff was friendly and thorough. I am very happy with the service!

Very very very BAD service in Bedok Maybank, how they answer customer without listen and explaining... especially the man who sitting Infront counter. Light side 2nd table when enter in the entrance...he just very action...like I have to obey what he said....Very very disappointed with him , compared UOB...stuff there is more helpful. Forgot his name. No wonder so little star for this Bedok branch.
