I have been to this branch twice now. Have never achieved what I set out to. Very slow to see you even though you will most likely be the one customer there. Don’t waste your time. Call centre has had solutions to my problem in both cases. The branch staff didn’t even try help resolve my issues.
The staff In counter is empty.. we ask them where is the teller and they told us just go in toilet and we wait morethan 30 minutes for his toilet time.
After a headache at multiple branches, finally found an efficient one
