Was left in awe by the extraordinary care given by the branch manager in evening shift.. I wanted a stamped bank statement and reached there exactly at 9pm (closing time) due to traffic diversion around moq amid football match, as per the policy no one was allowed inside after 8 55 pm but the security gaurd helped me to speak to the manager and I explained, the manager without any hesitation went back in to do them for me and personally brought for me the stamped statements at the door.. later I even called him again through the gaurd to clear some doubts and he came to the door again and cleared all doubts patiently.. Society need more such people mashAllah.. Didn't ask his name but the stamp on the statement said Rami

Went at 9am just aftet opening and requested bank statements. Although it was quiet I found the service efficient and friendly.

Very disappointing experience at this QIB branch. First I thought it was just one counter, so I changed to another, but the service was the same. Staff were not helpful and didn't listen properly. Overall, a frustrating experience

Very poor customer service at this QIB branch. The staff at multiple counters were rude and unprofessional. They didn't listen properly and showed no interest in helping. The overall attitude was disappointing and not what you expect from a bank.

Security who's handling the token machine is rude, the funny thing is, people he's being rude to are literally paying his salary. And providing money for this whole bad bank.

I faced some difficulties at Counter 6, so I completed the procedures at a different branch.
