Pls don't open account in cbq.. mistakenly opened dont book appointment here of any of yr urgent work.. they dont work .. since I have my appointment today.. the gentle man who is sitting he is saying book another appointment and come.. no respect no patience... simply wasted a day..

Extremely unsatisfactory. I made three visits to this branch in an attempt to open a new current account. I brought all the necessary paperwork, but was told that I couldn't because I was simply dodging or omitting the questions, I feel discriminatory behaviour from the staff. unable to discern what the actual issue is. And it will take you longer than an hour to hear back from them. Please choose a different branch if you want to open a new account.

I am a doctor and customer of CBQ for 6 years. Always found useless customer service in this branch. It took 2 hours to do 1 simple task of transferring money.
