I landed in Toulouse the day before new years EVE. I needed a loan of 2.500000$. I contacted the Credit Mutuel bank on Metz street and they told me they do not have 2.5million and cash and redirected me to their partner in Paris bank "Sud Ouest" the wonderful staff there told me they can only put up 1.5million dollars and told me to contact LCL(C&A) bank Toulouse, they agreed to add another million. 4.7/5 would borrow again.

So... where to begin, because there're so many bad things to say! 1st of all, I really wonder how most of the employees got their jobs, because they're so useless and arrogant! They give people hope and then we finally realized that what they said is mostly a lot of lies! My bank advisor, for our 1st meeting, welcomed me so well and, with hindsight, I realized that it was totally hypocrit, probably because I was well dressed… But when they realized that I was requesting a specific account following problems I had with my previous bank, oh my, their attitude towards me completely changed and I was treated like nothing. There were lies most of the time telling me: “Next week, no problem, your account will be opened.” That was the first lie… I had to wait about 2 months to finally have an account opened. Every week, they were giving me a new reason for not opening my account. About 2 months ago, I contacted them to make an appointment and they claimed that the director and my bank adv

Unfortunately i experienced some shocking behaviour from my bank. I gave some critical feedback this year in response to an email invitation asking for my perspective 'my opinion matters' (I privately gave 3* with explanation of my reasoning). Of which in response, I received persistent calling last week, to 'talk at me' and insist in his own justification on repeat. I found the calls impolite and progressively aggressive, he cut my sentences whenever i tried to respond. Unbelievably childish, re-active behaviour, a complete joke really. I am no longer reassured by my bank since this extreme unprofessionalism took place.
