After calmly explaining my request—namely, that Certicode SMS messages were still arriving on my old number—she directed me to the first counter on the right to speak with an advisor. 3. Once the forced update was completed, I was clearly informed that the change would take effect within up to 72 hours, which is commendable in terms of transparency.
