It's been three months since I changed post offices and now I go to the one in Chaville. (Moving to Chaville) The staff are rude, unprofessional, and always find an excuse not to help. The only response we get is "no, it's not possible" or "the system is down or they're asking for unnecessary documents!" In particular, the veiled lady and also the bank advisor are always unkempt, with messy hair! Very strange and almost unhelpful. Finally, I decided to change post offices.

Disrespect from the tellers. Furthermore, the slightest request seems insurmountable. Even asking for a reminder of an appointment with a bank advisor, given that no message is answered in our online customer area, requires INSISTENCE! Every time I have to go there, I know it will be an obstacle course to get them to do their job! Appalling!!!

⚠️ ATTENTION: LYING STAFF ⚠️ Employees with no desire to help customers and, above all, LIARS: I'm on vacation in mainland France, I'm from New Caledonia, and when I made a withdrawal, their machine didn't give me my card back (for no reason!!). The agents refused to give me my card back, claiming they had contacted their financial department, which refused. I contacted this department myself, who explained to me that they had nothing to do with this type of transaction. So I went back to the branch, I admit I was very angry, and this time their story had changed: they had contacted VISA directly, which had apparently refused. The agents claimed they weren't allowed to tell me why it had been refused. So I called VISA directly, and the person explained to me that it wasn't their responsibility either and that there was no reason for La Banque Postale to contact them about it. I have NEVER seen such deplorable service, so much incompetence and bad faith, and yet I have traveled A LOT.

I wanted to open a current account at La Banque Postale in Chaville. The advisor refused to open one even though I had €12,000 in my Livret A savings account, claiming I had no monthly income. So I requested a letter refusing to open the account so I could present it to the Banque de France. The advisor, with the help of her colleague from the next office, refused to give me this letter. A bank has the right to refuse to open an account, but is required to give the customer a letter of refusal. Run away from La Banque Postale!!!!
