Great taste
I've only ever left two negative reviews in my entire life, but this is way beyond the pale! Over two and a half months ago, I requested a block on automatic payments, which the manager assured me wouldn't be a problem... Eight emails later, the first dated December 3, 2025, and several unanswered calls, well... nothing, not a shred of action! Is anyone even still in charge?
It's been over a month that I've been trying to contact our professional advisor regarding an urgent matter. No response to emails, no callbacks, and impossible to reach the switchboard... What's going on?
It's impossible to make a standard transfer at 5:00 PM this Wednesday, November 6, 2024... the interface forces the transfer to the following day, even though the bank is open until 6:00 PM. These methods are unacceptable... Is this to force customers to make instant transfers with an additional €1 fee? As a customer of thirty years, I do not accept these practices!
As a customer for several years, my rating reflects my opinion. Regardless of the "advisor" (ha ha), it's bad. N26 consoled me by not charging me for the debit card at least...
