Nebri and Nataf is super helpful , they are very kind , they speak english and they made the process super easy and fast
Bnp used to be a good bank when my dad and I used to live in France and it was the main bank we relied on. After having multiple banks in different countries I can conclude that today Bnp is by far the worst bank experience I have ever encountered. There is no direct communication, they do not respond to my letters (which company still receives letters anyways those days?!) and when I called to confirm the procedure for closing my bank account and state the problems I faced the agent was rude and indifferent.
Very-very bad bank, especially for foreigners. No one speaks English. They don’t respect formal procedures of managing accounts. Managers are not available when needed. I had so many issues with this bank and particularly with this branch.
