Instead of helping a sick elderly woman in need and distress after an assault, you refused to print anything because "it's not possible" without trying to help her beyond that or find another solution. Worse, you asked the security guard to intervene. It's a disgrace. Thank you to the security guard for his kindness and concern; I spoke to him on the phone and he tried to do his best. Thanks also to the Teisseire postal bank for having "miraculously" managed to find a solution and allow my mother to be able to file a complaint quickly.

I've been trying to close my account for 3 months now, I've had appointments and I've even sent letters but nothing is working.

The layout needs to be redesigned. It's so poorly done. They also removed an ATM, which is awful. There were two inside and one outside. Now there's only one inside and one outside. It's so awful.
