Service deplorable
Forced to change branches due to moving, which is a shame as I had a very competent and responsive advisor. Many thanks to her.
It says "La Banque Postale" on the sign, but there's no ATM inside (or outside). Still as comical as ever.
The Grenoble Post Office Financial Center… Zero points…I can't say more, they're so…how to put it…completely empty.
How can they call this a bank? I've been fighting for six months to close my account, but being abroad, it's apparently impossible. They're good at pulling strings behind your back, but if you want to contact them, it's mission impossible without physically camping out at the branch.
