I had a very good experience with LCL Bank. I faced a transaction issue while making a payment to another bank account, but the staff were very helpful and quickly solved the problem. Thanks to their support, the payment was completed on time. One suggestion: it would be great if LCL could add an English language option in both their ATMs and the LCL bank app to make services easier for non-French speakers.
