I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Thachawadee at this branch for her excellent service. She was professional, patient, and very helpful. Everything went smoothly, and she handled my matter efficiently. I truly appreciate her support. Previously, I had visited a different Kasikorn branch and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The assistant manager who assisted me was not very helpful, and the attitude felt unwelcoming. That is why I especially appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by Ms. Thachawadee. She truly made a difference.

I went to open a bank account. The teller was quite rude from the beginning. I was told that passport holders from specific countries have to bring an entire heap of documents (lease, utility bills, employment letter, etc.) in addition to the regularly asked work permit. Which in itself is fine cause it's up to the bank to determine their kyc policies. But she told me all of this while looking at me like I was some kind of terrorist. The branch definitely needs to work on their employees attitude. I went to SCB in the end.

I just changed my mobile number. KPlus app needs me to reactivate at the bank branch. i’m working all day, and hurry visiting the branch. it’s closed!!! 1. you should have another method to activate the app instead of visiting the bank. 2. your bank branch closing too early!!
