Understaffed branch in such a main business district. Hope the corporate sees it and does something about it.
Poor services. Not professional to serve and support customers. Still use human to judge and decide the accept of exchange notes
The parking lot is completely unorganized. It takes a long time to get in and out.
I used the check cashing center. It was a bit slow. - Why do some of the staff on the 3rd floor yell at customers? If calling out for queues out loud is tiring, then improve. Get a microphone to call out for queues. It's not okay to just sit there and yell at customers quietly. The last time, I told them to go sit and talk outside. 🥹 But some of the staff provided good information. - Parking is behind the bank, but there's very little.
The parking lot is extremely cramped. This branch should not be used as a check collection point. There's not enough parking for both motorcycles and cars when there are many customers on check collection days.
