Good banking services. Ample parking space
I tried to highlight the issue on their Facebook page. and they deleted my comments. JS bank mm Alam branch is the Worst bank i have ever witnessed. I went there in bank on 01-06-2020 at 2:15 pm. There were 5 to 6 people standing on one counter waiting for their turn. There were no SOPs to stop covid-19. Only one counter was working. While other employees of counter were busy in chitchat and tea. I asked their employee how could i withdraw cash thorugh cheque. He asked me to stand on counter with other people ( in this epidemic situation) and wait for your turn . I asked what about token no. They informed me that is close due to corona. On the other habd they were pushing me to stand closely with 6 people. Only one person on counter was working properly. Other two employees were not ready share burden with him.
Had a bad experience with their staff and security team. They never want to facilitate clients. Guards are non professional and wvery one was complaimimg about them. However their manager is a good professional.
Building is Very beautiful and nice service.
Went for ATM. Got cash without any hassle.
