ING Bank 12 Koopmanstraat Almere Stad

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodated me by speaking English. I had an issue opening a bank account at one of the service points, so I made a follow-up appointment at this branch. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and got my account opened.

I don't know what the bank officials are doing there. Because for the work they're doing inside the banks that's nothing Those employees could well be replaced by vending machines. Yes, end those jobs for those people and replace them with automatic machines which will be much cheaper, because they won't have to pay salaries to people who are not doing anything. This is my opinion and I share it with the new working methods. If to do something I have to resort to banking application and ATM So what are these people doing in the banks?!

Worst branch of this bank. my mom can't open an account there for a month! bank employees simply ignore questions when the card will be available. it's outrageous! I feel like I'm asking a wall !!!

Friendly service, opened accounts for my wife and two daughters. The banker helped set the devices up and confirmed all working well. Thank you!
