Don't expect any service here. This bank branch will likely close in the foreseeable future. Staff are unmotivated and arrogant; even the simplest action, like accessing your customer file, is too much trouble. I would choose a modern online banking alternative like Revolut.
I need to set a new PIN on my Rabo app, but I can't because my phone is broken. So I log in via Rabo Scanner, but I get code 102. I install the app on my new phone, but it won't register. The Rabo Scanner returns code 102 again. In short, I can't do anything now. Good job, phew.
I agree with Robin Piontek, but it was all incredibly expensive, and I find that disappointing. I also understand Judith's opinion and therefore respect it. Kind regards, Peter van den Boom
There's no ATM inside either. So you'll have to actually go into the shopping center to withdraw cash in a store.
What incredibly grumpy people work there, and totally not customer-friendly. They have an air of do-gooders. Never going there again, yuck.
