I'd like to thank Ms. Iga immensely for her absolutely fantastic service! 💙 From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, warm, and very professional. She explained everything thoroughly, helped me set up my account, and made the entire process quick, simple, and stress-free. You can create an account, but to do anything with it you have to go somewhere else

I don't recommend it. The service initially seems friendly and relatively competent, but as the conversation progresses, the situation takes on a different tone. When I refuse to open an account with their bank, they begin to complain, pester, and ignore the customer's opinion. At the end of the conversation, the consultant shows a lack of respect for the customer, admits his lack of expertise in this area, and then turns his back and says curtly, "Your application is of no use to me, bye." (I'm referring to the young man from the island.)

I don't recommend it. The gentleman behind the counter is pushy. Despite clearly declaring he's happy with his bank, he continues to clumsily try to sell me an offer. Seeing that I'm completely disinterested in what he's saying and repeating that I don't have time, he continues to push me to open an account. The lady standing next to me was more encouraging. I even took pity on them and tried to download the app without creating an account, but the gentleman interrupted, saying it wouldn't help him and turned his back on us. He's arrogant and rude, insulted like a small child, clearly not interested. I suggest firing this man because it's clear he's working here as a punishment.

I recommend the place, I wasn't looking for a new account but I was redirected to the orange page.
