Staff behaviour is so rude. Laziest staff I ever seen in my life. I visited this Branch on Friday at 2:30 PM. They entered the people in branch but the staff is still taking their meals. After waiting 15 minutes, staff came to their seats at 2:45 PM. People come to this Branch only because of the Brand Name of HBL . My suggestion is to improve staff dedication to their work.
Always slow and I have no idea what the employees do all day in there! One time there was a huge line and they were so slow that they were dealing with one customer in 1 hour ... people were suffering outside in heat and the bank didn't care. No shade, no seats ... what a shambles ...HBL ...
People will throw stones at this branch soon if situation will remain same of mismanagement, misconduct, non cooperation of staff. Yesterday, a poor old woman begging to enter in the branch for her own cash but officer and guard pushing her back mercilessly.
Worst experience every time ...
